We had a large wedding but Mario helped our guests with accommodation, transport, dietary requirements etc. I had many requests but all of them were responded to within minutes! The day of the Wedding everything was exactly like we discussed and organized by Annamaria beautifully in the Villa Eva. The food for the wedding was superb! With his many years experience and knowledge of Ravello (his offices are just off the square) I knew I was in good hands. We booked a pizza party the night before the wedding in Salvatore, upon Mario’s suggestion. We wanted somewhere relaxed for our guests to mingle, drink and have fun. What a view! I was a bit hesitant at first about having our wedding planned by someone I had never met, but after some research, choosing Mario was a great decision. I sent him an initial contact email, which he almost immediately responded to with TONS of useful information. He sends separate emails for every aspect of the wedding, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but ultimately it was very helpful and made searching for things in my inbox much easier. So, trust his madness, lol.Mario and Annamaria made planning everything easy, which was key since we were planning this as a destination wedding from New Jersey. They responded to any and all questions promptly, no matter the time, and they would always follow up on anything pending without needing any prodding from me, which I really appreciated. Seriously, they were so on top of all the details and deadlines!Annamaria is truly a godsend! She was there to welcome us to Ravello and was available the entire week leading up to the wedding to help with anything – even questions as silly as how/where to get on the buses! I cannot thank her enough for all her help.Our wedding was in Ravello in September and it was beautiful. My main complaint is that it went by so fast, I wish we could do it all over again. The church ceremony was held at Santa Maria a Gradillo – a beautiful, small church which was perfect for us since we had only about 50 people attending. The reception was held at Villa Eva, which was beautiful. Really, words do not do it justice – the views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking! The food and wine were delicious! Our family and friends are still talking about how great everything was! All the vendors Mario recommended were terrific. Our pictures, video, flowers, music at the church, and DJ at the reception were all great. For photography and videography, we went with Enrico Capuano and Pier Canta. Our pictures and video are lovely. So, if you are considering Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano as your wedding planners, please rest assured that they are REAL people in Ravello, who will help make your dream wedding a reality. From the minute myself and my partner got in touch with Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano about organising our wedding in Ravello- they were both nothing but helpful, organised, and made the organisation process a breeze. A plan was put together instantly with guide prices and things to include and consider for the perfect day. Both Mario and Annamaria reply with speed via email- and always answer all questions/queries throughout the planning process clearly and make life simple - which is what a bride and groom need during the stressful process of planning a wedding. Not only did they plan and organise the most magical wedding day- they also organised guests accommodation, a pre pizza party and transfers- making things easier for all of us :) From helping us chose our beautiful ceremony and reception venues (Belvedere Principessa Di Piedmonte and Villa Eva) - which all of our guests mentioned numerously that it was the most picturesque, stunning setting they have ever seen at a wedding; to arranging our flowers and decoration, our music choices (guitar/mandolin and 2 x dj’s) to our amazing photographer Enrico Capuano- who is the most accommodating and patient person. Not to mention many other inclusions in our package- all coming together to make the most magical stunning wedding which we are eternally grateful for. During our debrief before the wedding both Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano patiently listened to all of our ideas and decor ideas - bringing them to life on the day - including making our beautiful sparklers and our freshly picked organic lemons making them into our table names- leaving us nothing to worry about making on the day. Danny and Chloe review :We got married in Ravello in August , and our wedding was perfection from start to finish. We couldn't recommend our wedding planner, Mario Capuano, enough. Mario's expertise, contacts and knowledge of the local area meant the majority of the stresses of planning a wedding (a wedding abroad!!) were alleviated. Annnamaria Staiano also deserves a special mention, she too was so helpful, and even sorted all the finishing touches for the day, most of them were ones we didn't think were possible, or didn't even think of!! Our photographer for the day was Enrico Capuano, who was absolutely brilliant! His creative flair, patience and skills meant we got so many amazing photos, which we had a sneaky preview of on his camera on the day. The ceromny was beautiful, it was relaxed, but still had a sense of tradition and was the perfect amount of time, with 2 readings I had chosen for our guests to read. “Beyond any dream...” Wagner Tours really are the BEST Wedding Planners ever!!! When we visited Ravello in 2012 we fell in love with town and decided one day we would marry there. When my 'now' husband proposed to me in 2013 we knew the location but had no idea on the exact details. After scouring the internet we came across Wagner Tours and after reading all the amazing reviews decided we would use them to help plan our big day. What can I say? They did not disappoint! From the minute I sent the enquiry email to Mario it was nothing but professionalism. He made our lives as easy as they possibly could be for two people planning an overseas wedding. Any question I had, however big or small was always answered promptly and with a detailed answer. I never imagined planning a wedding could be so stress free, but Mario made it this way. I must say I was a little nervous about the Big Day. I am a little bit OCD and had in my mind exactly what I wanted for the day and having never visited the Villa Eva or Town Hall I was a little concerned as to whether we had made the right decision. But on our arrival and after meeting with AnnaMaria all these fears disappeared. She allowed us to visit the Villa before the big day which erased any nerves I had about the venue - it really is a BEAUTIFUL, breath taking place. Everything from venue, setting, flowers and photos were arranged by the team at Wagner Tours and my husband and I were not disappointed. We used the same hairdresser as we did 10 years ago and (Gerardo) and he was simply amazing - an artist in every sense of the word - as Adele our lovely make up artist. Enrico Capuano our photographer was recommended by Mario and he was a wonderful young man to work with. He put us both at ease on the day and it really was a pleasure to work with. Enrico has a true passion for photography and you could feel this whilst he worked with us. My husband and I will never be able to recommend the services of Mario and AnnaMaria and the team at Wagner Tours enough. We have every faith in them and will forever hold Ravello and our beautiful memories we have made not once but now twice in our hearts forever
Review from Gillian and Evan :Perfect Wedding in Ravello!!! We got we got married in Ravello in July and it genuinely went better than we could have hoped for, thanks to Mario, Annamaria and the team. 50 family and friends joined us for the week and none of them can stop talking about how amazing the whole experience was.Being from Scotland and not having seen Ravello or met Mario in person before making the decision to go ahead with this type of wedding was daunting, but we’re so glad we took the risk. Looking back on the whole experience, we can’t think of a single thing we’d change. We had the ceremony in the Town hall gardens, toast in the square and the reception at Villa Eva. The setting for the ceremony is unbelievable, surrounded by gardens, old stone walls and looking out over one of the best views in the world. The toast in the square was a perfect break between ceremony and reception and gave the guests an opportunity to enjoy themselves while we got some photos taken. By the way, if you’re not sure whether or not to choose Enrico Capuano for your photographer, go with him. He was extremely professional, relaxing to work with and knows the town inside out, so he knows the best spots for photos depending on the time of year/weather/sunlight/etc. Plus now we have the photos back we can also see how brilliant he is at his job. The reception at Villa Eva is another amazing setting. Dinner under a green canopy and drinks looking out over that spectacular view. We were a bit unsure about the DJ set inside after midnight, but when it came to the night it turned into a great party atmosphere. The gardens are still accessible at this time so the party spilled out into the night. The staff were all very professional and discreet so everything ran like clockwork, but we hardly noticed they were there. Guests also commented on the quality of the drinks from the bar (the full selection of cocktails was tried). The main reason the day went so well is because Mario and Annamaria know exactly what they’re doing and they were on hand throughout the whole day to guide us when we needed them. If anything didn’t go to plan on our day, we weren’t aware of it! They are also a very calming influence as they’ve done this a thousand times so we never felt rushed or under pressure and the whole day was surprisingly relaxing. A special thanks to Annamaria for laying out the tables and decorations. We sent everything in a big box from the UK and merely showed her some pictures of our idea and she set it up perfectly. Aside from the actual wedding day, the week also went to plan for us and our 50 guests. The transport Mario arranged and the accommodation he organised was excellent, as well as the ‘pizza party’ he arranged for everyone on the day of arrival in Ravello. We’ve noticed that there are some negative reviews regarding couple’s communication with Mario and at times we also found the email process overly complicated and some of the language confusing. However, you have to remember that there is a language and culture difference and any couples starting their journey should bear this in mind from the outset. However, even though Mario runs a small team and organises over 100 weddings a year, we always got quick replies to any emails (usually within a few hours). Mario also gave us reminders in plenty of time for each decision or action that was required so we always felt comfortable that the process was progressing on schedule. It’s worth pointing out that, as Mario handles so many weddings a year, the package is not particularly tailorable. Although he knows the town and suppliers so well that the options he provides and the suggestions he makes always turned out to be the best choice in the end. He knows what he’s doing! We can’t thank Mario and the team enough for making sure we had the most perfect day and we hope we get the opportunity to go back again soon as guests of another wedding.

Mario and I started talking about it when we came visiting the location a year and half before our date. Even if it was winter at the time, we could see that Ravello and the villa itself were absolutely breathtaking and they would be the perfect setting for our wedding. Mario knew how to help us picture the event and we were sold.The planning and the organization went on smoothly and communication was constant and on point every time. I was still nervous about organizing a destination wedding, especially one that would be attended by a very multicultural crowd, but Mario and Annamaria surely delivered. The quality bar was already high, but they manage to surpass any possible expectation. The food was outstanding (praised through and through by our guests), the wine choice divine and it was the progression of the various parts of the wedding, which worked like a clock. Mario and Annamaria were with us every step of the way, helped with everything possible without missing a beat, from setting up our guests in Ravello to last minute situations during the wedding. Annamaria was absolutely a Godsend in the days prior to the wedding. We had a fantastic experience with Enrico Capuano and Pieras our photographers. Everything was perfect and we loved every minute of it. I can't recommend Wagner Tours more.

When your guests consistently tell you that your wedding was the best one they've ever been to you know you've hosted a great day, but more importantly that your wedding planner did a great job. For the last 5 months following our wedding we have had endless compliments from our guests on what a great wedding it was. This was entirely down to Mario and Annamaria.When I initially looked for a wedding planner I contacted a few (some in London some in Italy) all of whom took a while to respond with initial information or costs. Mario not only responded within hours but sent across every document and information I'd need to plan the wedding. I knew there was no other person than him to plan our big day.We were given choices for everything - the music, flowers, drinks, meals, cakes. All of which made our lives so much easier. Whilst other people I know were stressfully planning their weddings ours was very much a breeze.I have a chronic illness and on the week of the wedding I was hospitalised. My parents were very anxious during this week and unbeknownst me spoke to Mario and Annamaria to try and make the day easier for me. My parents said that Mario and Annamaria couldn't have been more helpful. My travel to the venue was adjusted and I was allowed to check-in early to our hotel on the day. Annamaria even came and paid me a visit on the morning, such a lovely lady! We can't thank them enough for helping out my parents during this emotional and stressful period.Villa Eva was a beautiful setting for our wedding and Angelo was a top host. My Dad (who is also Italian) couldn't stop talking about how lovely he was. Due to my illness Angelo and the staff went above and beyond with ensuring I had any food or drink I required.Enrico Capuano was the most perfect photographer, he was never pushy and faded into the background yet somehow managed to capture the most stunning photographs we could have imagined. I am still in awe everytime I look through our photos.Our wedding video was beautifully shot and edited by Pier Canta, who again slipped into the background on the day. I didn't even notice Enrico and Pier stood right in front of us during the wedding speeches.Gerardo did my wedding hair and whilst I was too unwell to have my hair trial my hair was great. Our dream wedding! We had our dream wedding in Ravello organized by Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano and their team from Wagner Tours. It was the most beautiful and happy day in our lifes! We went to Ravello to search for a wedding location and met Mario. He is helpful, has 25 years of experience and we felt directly that he was going to take care of everything we wanted. And he did! He is very punctual, always available to (very quickly!) answer questions and so experienced to advice and guide you to a perfect wedding day. This man and his team know exactly what they are doing. Without any doubt, THE ONE AND ONLY WEDDING PLANNER of Ravello! We are still amazed by everything we experienced on our wedding day. And so are our guests. Both our guests from the Netherlands and Italy had an unforgettable experience. It was like a fairytale! From the civil ceremony in the garden Belvedere Principessa di Piemonte, to the toast in the main square of Ravello, to the beautiful Villa Eva with stunning views on the Amalfi coast. More than what we could ever had wished for !!! We have just returned from Ravello, and still cannot believe how smoothly our wedding has gone.... all credit to Mario Capuano (Wedding Planner) & Annamaria Staiano (Wedding Planner) .... It is very hard to describe or put into words how both Mario and Annamaria have worked so hard to make our wedding a success.... but here we go, we will try : We were the first couple to have a traditional Indian wedding in Ravello, Villa Eva, with the entire ceremony, staging and day all bespoke to fit in many Indian traditions. This would have been a massive task, for any wedding planner.... but not for these guys! ALL YEAR, we have had friends and family asking us if we needed help, and if we were stressed at all, about the wedding.... and ALL YEAR (up until the last 3 days till the wedding) we could honestly say, we didn't have to stress about anything..... We give this credit to both Annamaria and Mario..... they are true work horses, with instant responses to the smallest of queries, and absolutely nothing is too much to ask for..... from managing over 130 guests, to finding last minute hotels and even finding the time to welcome our immediate family within their office! They have managed absolutely everything, from food tasting, to flowers (high expectations - accomplished) to even wedding gifts for guests.... You name it, they will do it all for you! All of the above, is mostly what you would expect and need, from wedding planners... especially when getting married in another country... HOWEVER what we didn't expect, were the people behind the names.... Mario and Annamaria, are genuinely amazing people, from the first minute we met them, we knew we had picked the perfect people to "manage our dreams" ! They are both so funny in their own way, and have touched our lives forever.... and we can only hope and imagine that they do the same to each and every one of their clients (now friends). Amazing Wedding We had our wedding in Villa Eva in September and it was everything we expected and more. Incredible venue. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The day itself was run brilliantly. No issues or any problems throughout the day. Food was fantastic. Music was excellent. Our guests were blown away by the day and everyone had a fantastic time. Mario Capuano and Anna Maria were wonderful to work with. All requests they tried to accommodate and all emails and responses were answered extremely quickly. Jacob and Ally “A dream wedding in Ravello, beyond our expectations...” We were just married in Ravello last week and are still smiling so big and can't stop talking about how amazing our wedding experience was. Two years ago when we started thinking about planning a wedding in Italy, I contacted a few wedding planners along the Amalfi Coast and after the first reply from Mario Capuano at Wagner Tours I knew we were dealing with a special and unique group in Ravello. He was the most professional, most straight-forward, and the most flexible out of everyone else we talked to. With confidence we started to move forward and walked into Wagner Tour Offices as we were visiting the area on holiday. The moment we walked in the door, Mario dropped everything to meet with us and then brought us on a walking tour around Ravello, explaining all the options of locations we could choose from. Each option kept getting better and better, and as Mario got to understand what we were looking for, he kept making more suggestions to better cater to our needs. We were thrilled to start to plan our wedding, and then had to put everything on hold as we were expecting a child. Mario congratulated us and said to get back to him when we were ready. The relief of knowing we could pick up where we left off when we were ready, was huge for us. A year later, we were back in communication and finalized our plans for our wedding the following Spring (originally we planned for June but April was such a beautiful time of year in Ravello!) Although I had not met AnnaMaria Staiano in person until the week of our wedding, her communication with me was personable, professional and so accommodating that I was so thrilled to meet her in person and give her a big hug! Each time we walked in the office we were greeted by Antonella Somma who had a huge smile on her face and was ready to help us in any way we needed. Wagner Tours helped to arrange not only every detail of our wedding day, but also our travel and accommodations for ourselves and our guests throughout the entire week. Our guests truly enjoyed staying at B&B Tatore and Villa Maria, both were beautiful and unique. Having the help of planning all of these details, gave us more time to relax and enjoy ourselves. The recommendations from Wagner Tour Offices for Adele as a make-up artist, Gerardo as a hair-stylist and for Tony and Claud as musicians, Carmela for beautiful flowers, and Pino and Chef Luca at Restaurant Tatore for a stunning and elegant wedding reception venue made the day as special as it was. The food at Restaurant Tatore was the best meal we had on our trip and the creativity and attention of the chefs was truly remarkable. Our guests are still talking about the dessert! Our family and friends were so impressed with every little detail and so were we! Everyone kept saying, "This must have taken so much planning!" But in reality, it was the easiest for us! Mario and Annamaria took care of everything and it was evident how much time they put into making our day as beautiful and unique as it was; a beautiful ceremony at Villa Maria, a first toast in the main square, and an amazing dinner reception at Restaurant Tatore, all joined together by a joyous walk through Ravello as we travelled between venues. This was our favorite part. Enrico Capuano blew us away with his charismatic personality and his ability to capture our day with such beauty. He kept us smiling and laughing as he spent hours following us around Ravello and creating memories for us to cherish for years to come. Pier Canta, our videographer, was equally as stunning and we cannot wait to view the beautiful video he has put together for us. Our wedding was dream-like, and although I never use the word "perfect" I cannot think of another way to describe our day...it was absolutely perfect. A beautiful Day” from Marius and Greta We found Wagner tours online after we visited Ravello and decided that we wanted to get married at Villa Eva. Mario and his team were helpful from day one. He had a very clear spreadsheet to track expenses which was helpful. Nothing had to be paid until a month before the wedding day which was also helpful. The day was perfect, Mario did a lovely ceremony and it was all planned very well. the mandolin players were great!! The food at Villa Eva was great and the venue looked beautiful. Aldo did my hair and it turned out perfectly, Adele did my make up and it was ok. The cake looked amazing but we did not know it would be over powered but so much alcohol but again it up to individual taste. Overall we loved the day and would choose Mario and his team again. Ah yes, the photographers Enrico Capuano and Gianni . Lovely guys on the day . Take Marios advice and make sure all you guests stay in Ravello!! We had some stay in Amalfi and were ripped off by the cab drivers, but this has nothing to do with Wagner Tours. Oh and Anna Maria was fantastic. Cheers, we hope this helps.
Truly unique” Holly and Carl - Mario Capuano , Annamaria Staiano and the superb photographer Enrico Capuano at Wagner day Tours really surpassed our expectations. I started planning my wedding only in January this year and decided upon getting married in May. With only 5months to choose a location, wedding planner and get everyone there we were a little nervous that it wouldn't happen. Well after picking the Amalfi Coast, I found Wagner day tours. I contacted Mario and within hours he had contacted me back. And this was the quality of service I got throughout planning my wedding. He had fantastic ideas and amazing knowledge of the area and laws etc about getting married in a different country. He and Annamaria helped me plan the type of ceremony, reception venue, hotels to stay and even the finishing touches of favours on the table. Well the planning was finally over and it was time for us to get on the plane and get married. We meet with Mario and Annamaria 3 days before we got married and this was the 1st visit we had to Ravello. Well what can I say, I was blown away!!! I really had picked the best person for the job. When I walked to villa Eva where we were having the reception I knew it was going to be a truly magical wedding. It was completely and utterly stunning. The day came and Mario stayed with us the whole day and evening and he guided us through the day with ease. I didn't feel at all on edge as I knew if I need anything or had any problems Mario was there to help. Annamaria set up Villa Eva and she made it beautiful all my guests said how beautifully decorated it was. Enrico you made me feel so comfortable in your more than capable hands. You made the whole experience of been photographed a joy. You also made us laugh which made us relax and not worry about the camera. I'm so glad we picked Mario and his team and I would definitely recommend them.
Wedding in Ravello, Italy July - Sarah and Denis Well where do I start...... Mario Capuano and his team have completely shown my whole wedding party what fantastic wedding planners they are! I plan events and film shoots for a living so I know I must have been Mario's worst nightmare. I can honestly say that there wasn't one mistake made from start to finish. The language barrier wasn't even that bad and Mario was so prompt at responding to emails that I always felt in safe hands. It is so daunting planning your wedding abroad but honestly if you choose Mario then you have NOTHING to worry about. He will make sure you have the best day ever and he gives you everything you want! The level of detail that goes into the planning from Mario and his team is incredible. Mario shared a wedding budget between the two of us and it was always accurate and up to date. As I mentioned I plan for a living so I was expecting to come across at least a few mistakes ! There were none! With regards to transfers to and from the airport everything was booked through Mario and this was the best decision I could have made. I worked out what guests were arriving at what time and then put groups of people together. All the guests paid me in advance and I just split the cost between everyone so the cost per person was nothing. We went for the pizza party the night before the wedding and it was amazing. The venue, Salvador, is on the cliff and it is such an amazing setting. The party allowed everyone the chance to mingle the night before the wedding and my husband and I chatted and saw everyone so it took that stress out of the wedding day. The cost per head was nothing and the wine was flowing on the night. Most of my family and friends stayed at the Giordano or Villa Maria ( Mario has arranged all the bookings ). We ended up having 88 guests from Scotland and Ireland attend the day and everyone said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I can honestly say that I felt the same - We then left Villa Maria and then headed for the Duomo di Ravello church. The church was amazing and it doesn't even need any flowers because it is just stunning! Everyone then headed to the square for champagne and cocktails. I must mention that when I went to Ravello to decide on where the wedding will be, and after I met Mario, I started to be a but fussy about where things would take place. However, after the wedding I have said to most people that I should have just listened to Mario right from the start, as he knows what is best and I would have saved my self the worry and effort! The guests then all walked up the Villa Eva, followed by two mandolin guitar players, for a mountain of bruschetta and mini pizzas and lots and lots of cocktails!!! We got to spend so much time with our guests and it felt like the day was going to last forever. The food was unbelievable. Our menu was the mozzarella with tomatoes, risotto, lasagne, steak and potatoes and then the chocolate pudding - AMAZING. The comments from guests were so positive and it was exactly the experience I wanted my guests to have when they were in Italy. We went for a DJ and it was the best option for us. I honestly can not recommend Mario and his team enough. My husband and I had the best day of my lives and people are still talking about our wedding now. We have had 9 weddings this year including our own and nothing has compared to it. Go with Enrico Capuano as your photographer - the pictures are unreal. Thank you Sarah and Denis !!!
“The Most Amazing Wedding Day!” Sandra and Philip We got married on 15th June in the beautiful town of Ravello, it was truly the most amazing day and beyond our expectations! Everything was perfect and we couldn't have done it without the fantastic support of Mario and Annamaria! Organizing a wedding abroad is a challenge but it all seemed easy with their help and the way it all worked out was unbelievable! From the ceremony to the reception and after-party, it all was very well organized and we could focus on enjoying our special day and celebrate with family and friends. We did not have to worry a single second about anything, Mario was there to ensure it all runs smoothly. Even after a short thunderstorm during the toast on the main square he came with an umbrella for the bride :-) we are still stunned by how amazing this entire day was, the musicians at the ceremony played our chosen songs in a beautiful way, Annamaria went beyond our expectations to set up all the special items for decoration we brought with us and the photo corner especially at Villa Eva, the dinner table setting was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious and all our guests loved it (and there was a lot of food!), the cake was fantastic with nice lemon flavor, and last but not least: Superb photographers! Special thanks to Enrico Capuano and Gianni ( the photographers ) who were both brilliant. Enrico Capuano was helping us to relax a little and make it fun! The first few photos we have seen look absolutely amazing and we cannot wait to see all of them! Well we just got married on the 4th October in Ravello, Italy. We used Wagner Tours for our big day and I cannot thank them enough…….Mario and the team are excellent! We had the most amazing day from start to finish so relaxed, happy, stress free, and what a stunning place to be married!!!! We meet Mario the year before when we was looking for a wedding venue, we stumbled crossed his office in Ravello while we was on holiday in Ravello. which is the most stunning place and just perfect for a wedding or a holiday. “The Best Week of Our Lives!” from Dannie and Oliver - When my partner and I got engaged in the Christmas of 2012, we instantly knew that we wanted to get married abroad. We went straight to travel agents to get information and felt completely overwhelmed by the choices, arrangements, legal procedures and prices! We knew that Italy was a forerunner for the location of the wedding and so I randomly googled ‘Places to get married in Italy.’ I was absolutely amazed by the sights of Ravello and knew that the coast line HAD to be the backdrop to our ceremony. I search for wedding planners in Ravello and immediately, Wagner Tours popped up. I trawled through Trip Advisor, trying to find reviews that had any kind of constructive criticism – surely this company could not be as perfect as they sounded?! How wrong I was! From the first email to the last, Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano have been absolutely incredible. My now husband, is a bit of a worrier and as I was doing all of the communicating, made me ask question after question analysing every tiny detail of the ceremony, meal, transport, flowers etc etc! Mario and Annamaria never complained, they responded promptly detailing all information in a clear and concise way. We decided on a symbolic ceremony at Tatore’s, drinks in the Piazza Duomo and then back to Tatore’s for our meal. We had so many delicious menu choices to choose from and found that the traditional looking style of the restaurant was made even more extraordinary by the stunning food that we had on the day. Pino and Luca, the restaurant owners completely blew away my expectations! We really liked the sound of the menu that we chose, but my goodness it was even more amazing than I could have imagined! The food is one of the main parts of the day that the guests cannot stop talking about! EVERY course was fantastic as were the staff working the wedding. Pino listened to all our requests and did everything that we asked of him – we really couldn’t have been happier with the day. At first we were going to have a friend photograph the day for us and when she was unable to Mario suggested Enrico Capuano and Pier Canta, photographer and videographer. Mario gave options for lots of different packages and explained the experience that both gentlemen had at shooting weddings around Ravello and the Amalfi Coast. My partner was particularly nervous about the photos as he hates posing for pictures but Enrico made us feel at ease instantly. He was snapping away and setting up some amazing shots – at this time I’ve only had a sneak peak of some pictures that he’s teased us with and I am so excited to see the rest, as looking at his previous work and how happy we were with his approach to the pictures, we know they are going to be amazing! One particular part of the wedding that was so authentic and special to us was the music provided by Tony and Claud, the guitar and mandolin players. Their subtle approach during the ceremony gave it just the right romantic feel and the accompaniment during our walk to and from the square was a dream! Everyone was in high spirits and the music just added to the amazing environment and feeling – it really was spectacular. The thing that I really want to stress is how amazingly stunning Ravello is. You don’t need a big extravagant venue for your celebration as you may do in England (or elsewhere!) because the amazing views and traditional feel of the town are superb. Every single guest went away happy from our wedding and I even sneakily overheard a few saying that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Our wedding dream would not have been possible with the amazing Mario and Annamaria. They made us feel at home in Ravello straight away and I cannot wait to get back there for our anniversary, not only to be in Ravello, but also to see them! If you are planning a wedding in Ravello I cannot explain enough that you should choose Wagner Tours to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. Expectations exceeded by a fabulous team! - beautiful and memorable destination wedding, you need to contact Mario, Annamaria and the team at Wagner Tours. My husband Dave and I chose Mario and his team to plan and organise our wedding in Ravello and we are so glad we did! Our wedding was perfect and it's all because of the professionalism, dedication and hard work of Mario and Annamaria. When we decided we wanted a destination wedding, we had no idea how to go about it or whether it was even possible to organise one form half way around the world in Australia. Then we found the Wagner Tours website. We were so impressed by the stunning photos and glowing reviews on the web page, that we emailed Mario for some more information regarding what was involved in a Ravello wedding and approximately how much it would cost. I had previously emailed third party wedding planners based in the UK about weddings in Italy or the Greek Islands and heard nothing back for days. Not with Mario. I received an email back within an hour followed by links to pages providing information on reception venues, accommodation, photography and flowers as well as a detailed spread sheet that outlined approximate costs for such things. What was even better was that Mario took into consideration our budget and provided suggestions that we could afford and offered us the best deal possible where he could. Planning the big day was easy thanks to the open communication between Mario, Annamaria and us. Any questions I had were promptly answered and anytime they needed information off me, it was clearly communicated and easy to provide. They not only gave us all the information we needed concerning the paper work we needed to obtain, but they also organised group excursions by bus to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast private boat tours for all of our guests. We cannot recommend these excursions enough. Both us and our guests were blown away by the value for money and quality of both the Pompeii tour and Coast boat trips booked through Wagner tours. They were incredible! When it came to our wedding day, we had nothing to worry about except getting to the beautiful gardens where we were to wed, on time. Mario and Annamaria took care of everything from setting up all of our requests for the ceremony and the reception. Everything was perfect and no request we made was too difficult for them. The ceremony was amazing - the violinist played beautifully, the location was phenomenal, the decorations were perfect. As interpreter for the ceremony, Mario ensured that the ceremony was light, yet entertaining, which made the ceremony and guests relaxed - which was what we were looking for. Following the ceremony we had a guitarist and mandolinist accompany us and our guests to the town square for a toast. Here the guests were able to drink and listen to the music while we had our wedding photos taken. While we were gone, the owner of the bar providing our drinks made an impromptu decision to join our musicians and sing some traditional Italian songs to our guests. We had not planned that and our guests said it was so entertaining and enjoyable to experience. It really set the mood for the wonderful festivities to follow at our reception venue, Da Salvatore, later that evening. We have no hesitations in recommending Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano and the team at Wagner Tours. They made our wedding and holiday an unforgettable experience and we have the photos by photographer Enrico Capuano to prove it!

We could not be more wrong!!!! MARIO CAPUANO and his team are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! They are highly professional, very creative, fun to interact with, very good at communicating via email (which is a huge relief if you don’t live in Italy, like us). They are super-organized and from your very first meeting Mario will provide you with regular updates (in writing) on every little aspect of your wedding. Most importantly, they are a great source of fantastic ideas and even if they will always do their best to accommodate your requests, no matter how crazy they might get, they will not spare you their precious advice (saving you from your own excessive craziness sometimes ;-). Wedding in Ravello - real testimonial of Claire and Mike ( Uk ) What a beautiful day we had. After months of planning, more than a few worrying moments, and several sleepless nights, our wedding day, finally arrived. We arrived a few days before to set the scene and meet everyone, and from the first moment we knew it was going to be OUR special day, Mario, Anna Maria and Enrico couldn't have made us more welcome. All our last minute additions and requests were never a problem, and their calm and smiling way helped settle our nerves. The day began as we hoped, with glorious sunshine and a perfect forecast. After a morning of preparation it all began. Mike was dispatched away, and Claire and her Friends began getting ready - with Prosecco of course! Throughout this, as an almost invisible presence, was Enrico Capuano ( the photographer) . Snapping away, but never being in the way, he would give direction when needed, but otherwise was just catching the moment. When we met at the garden our journey began. The setting couldn't have been better, the views from the Town Hall Gardens are spectacular, and the whole layout was wonderful - simple but beautiful. The ceremony was the same, with Mario calming our nerves and helping us relax and enjoy ourselves. Enrico's presence was notable by his invisibility and his resulting pictures are superb. The path through the ceremony, signing the register and off to the celebrations was one of pure enjoyment and laughter for everyone. From here on the celebrations began, Mario's team laid on a superb spread in the square, more Prosecco, some lovely food and a beautiful setting. Once the sun began to sink, we moved to the Villa Maria and were stunned again and again. Anna Maria's table setting and preparation was admired by all, and will stay in our memories for ever. The welcome drinks and snacks were eclipsed only by the meal itself. A glorious evening spent with friends in one of the most picturesque settings we have ever seen was made perfect by the most wonderful meal. The cake was a work of art with a taste to match, and finished off a perfect, wonderful day that couldn't have turned out the way it did without Mario, Anna Maria and Enrico.
“Dream wedding's do come true with Wagner Tours” - Pon and Anya My wife and I just had our dream wedding in Ravello. It has been 1 month after the day and we still can't believe how spectacular, magical, beautiful and memorable our wedding was and how we managed to pull it all off in the majestic area of the Amalfi Coast?! The answer is simple.......Mario Capuano and Team of Wagner Tours. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful our wedding was and what an unbelievable beautiful venue Ravello is but I think my review and the pictures on the Wagner Tours website speak for itself. What I do want to focus on is how we managed to pull it all off living abroad in London and what a pivotal role Wagner Tours played in organising our wedding abroad for 54 guests that much easier. It felt like a daunting task to have our wedding in the Amalfi Coast and we didn't know where to start. So we searched for some venues online and really liked the look of Villa Eva in Ravello so we booked a flight over for a viewing. As soon as we got there we instantly fell in love with the town and venue and we knew this is where we wanted to get married. Next step was how to go about it? Tina the wedding co-ordinator of Villa Eva arranged a meeting with Mario and we are so glad she did. Mario was very welcoming and we could see he was very passionate about his job. We liked the fact that he specialises in organising weddings for foreigners and can take care of all the arrangements for the wedding which made things so much easier! We just had to let him know our selections. He organised the accommodation, transfers, menu, wedding cake, venue settings, florist, photographers, videographer, music, DJ and much more. All this was easily organised over email and he did such a great job during the year prior to the wedding and was so attentive to emails with a very quick response time. I will have to also briefly mention the quality of the services provided that was arranged through him: Annamaria - Assistant of the wedding planner. She did a wonderful job taking care of all the behind the scenes organisation from transfers, dealings with the florist, venue settings on the day and all the administration side of things. Enrico Capuano and assistant Antonella Somma - I must say Enrico is such a talented web photographer. He captured our wedding day photo's perfectly and we are so happy with the memories he has provided us. He took some amazing shot's and we like the natural style photo's he captured of us on the day and also the day before when we had a photo shoot. We would definitely recommend him and Jani. Janni Coppola - We were so happy that the photo package we got included Janni as the second photographer. We got photo's from two views which ensured our day was captured perfectly. He took some amazing shot's. Pier Canta - We just received our video and are over the moon with the end product. Very professionally done with the camera work and editing with choice of music. We would definitely recommend him. Carmela and Armando and Gigino - What a florist. Our flowers were so beautiful. A combination of white, pink and lilac roses. Truly breathtaking flowers. Angelo Maitre at the dinner did a fantastic job ensuring the reception went perfect. The food was so delicious and wine glasses always topped up. DJ Alonso - We were on the dance floor until 4am! We think the DJ is so important and he did a fantastic job playing our list of songs we provided him. Paolina Amatruda - The disco set up was perfect. We had a fluro light display that looked amazing. From the bottom our our hearts we would like to thank Mario, Annamaria and Enrico of Wagner Tours for truly making our dream wedding come true. They are not only great wedding planners but genuinely lovely people. It has been such an absolute pleasure dealing with them over the past year. They all are very nice and you get then sense that they do really care about making your dream wedding come true and are willing to go above and beyond their call of duty to help achieve that. It was sad to goodbye to them after the wedding but we truly feel that we now have a 2nd family over there now. We cannot wait to go back to Ravello to see them for our Anniversary!
“Idyllic setting for a wedding, fantastic, personal wedding planner!” - Lucy and Martyn from Uk We recently go married in the idyllic Ravello but we couldn’t have done it without the help of Mario and his team at Wagner Tours. We initially found out about Villa Eva (where we had our reception) through another wedding planner. However, this wedding planner wanted to charge us just to visit the venue with her! I then went onto the Villa Eva website and found that Mario was their preferred wedding planner and feel so lucky to have found him! Unlike the other planners, Mario was clear from the start about costs so that we knew exactly how far our budget would go. I never had to wait more that half an hour for a response to my emails and so we were almost certain we would go with Mario and Villa Eva before we even met him or had visited the place! When we did meet Mario and visit, we were not disappointed. From that moment Mario was amazing from ensuring that we knew what paperwork needed doing and by when, to organising the florist! My friends often commented on how relaxed I seemed about the whole thing but I know that this was due to the fact that I had every confidence in Mario. The actual day couldn’t have gone better. Anna Maria completely understood how we wanted the venue to look and it was truly beautiful. We had the ceremony in the Town Hall gardens from which there is an incredible view. The whole day was wonderful with amazing food and drink, fantastic photographs by Enrico Capuano, and an awesome disco in the evening!I really cannot recommend Mario and his team enough. They are excellent wedding planners but tailor everything to the couple. Not only that, but they arranged accommodation, transfers and even gave advice on the best beaches to go to for our guests! “The Wedding of our Dreams ... our small blog ” - Janne and Dave from Australia My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams in Ravello, Italy, on the 24th of May. We got married in the beautiful town hall garden and went on to have the reception for 60 of our closest friends and family in the charismatic Mediterranean style Villa Eva. Let me tell you up front, organising a wedding from overseas can be a daunting task. Originally we came to Ravello through an overseas wedding planner that had outsourced the efforts of showing us the different wedding venues to a local counterpart, who sprained her ankle and then outsourced the showings to a friend. We saw the magnificent venues, but no one was able to help us answer any logistical questions, but we were charged an arm and a leg for the privilege. By chance we walked past Mario’s shop front and we decided to go inside, just to have a casual chat. And boy are we happy we did. Within the first conversation Mario managed to understand what a dream wedding would be like for us, understanding the intricacies around coming from 2 different countries and even religions and was able to help us paint a picture of our perfect day. All of a sudden, the idea of getting married overseas seemed like a piece of Tiramisu. We quickly changed from the original wedding planner and we never looked back. Within a year, Mario and Annamaria (Mario’s lovely right hand woman) had contacted us at appropriate points to remind us when to get the Nulla Ostas from our home countries, choose the menu, the flowers etc. Planning a wedding was a walk in the park with their guidance. But Mario’s and Annamaria’s good efforts did not end with the planning process. They were there to assist our guests (who were all arriving from overseas) find accommodation and transport to and from Naples Airport. I will never forget how they were able to step in and relieve the stress of my mother’s missing luggage (which had all the presents, songs and well wishes from people that could not make the wedding from Denmark), managing to retrieve the luggage the day before the wedding so that we were all set and ready for our ‘Happily Ever After’.The wedding day itself was beyond our wildest dreams. Everything ran smoothly, right from the parting of the rain clouds the hour before the wedding, to the ceremony, the intimate guitar and mandolin players, the delectable food, the ‘give me some more’ wine, the smooth dinner musicians and the mad as a hatter party to the early hours. Enrico Capuano, our outstanding wedding photographer, managed to capture every moment from the ‘I do’s to the late night Macarena and our friends and family keep commenting on the creativity and quality of his pictures. I could easily spend hours every night swooning over them and our precious memories from the best day of our lives with our amazing family and friends. Made real, by Mario and his outstanding team. “The Best Wedding Organisers in the World” Rose and Gareth Macklin Hi Everyone reading this,Anyone who's thinking of getting married anywhere in Italy, and is looking at this site for research purposes into whether they should consider using Mario and his team at Wagner Tours - let me save you hours, days or even weeks of work by telling you - YOU MUST BOOK YOUR WEDDING THROUGH MARIO!!!!! A short back history, just to set the scene - we are a young (ish!) couple from Ireland (late 20's and early 30's) who met Mario Capuano and Anna-maria Staiano on site visit when looking for the perfect venue about one and half years ago in Wagner tours. Just to add to this, I am a Hotelier from Ireland with family hotel for over 20 years who specialise in weddings. I say this only to give anyone reading this - additional assurance how amazing Mario and Anna Maria are!!! All I'll say is that everything you've read in previous accounts of the team, do not do them justice at all - as they are even better than everything you've read. Genuinely from the day we met Mario and Anna Maria, you couldn't have asked for anything more. Despite knowing how to organise an Irish wedding, inside out with my eyes closed and have all the contacts built up necessary to organise any Irish wedding, we'd not a clue what to do over in Italy and this is where Mario and Anna Maria were nothing short of spectacular.I had read all the previous tripadvisor reviews on how "Mario and Anna Maria reply to every email almost instantly", "are there throughout the entire day", "helps with everything" and to be honest thought to myself - no one can be this good and I was right - they're even better than this!!!! We got married in the Church in main square in Ravello with Don Giuseppe Impareto as our priest, again organised by Mario. Not only was the church so unbelievably special for us - Don Giuseppe quite literally was everything you could have ever hoped for. He is one of friendliest priests we've ever met and actually organised to do some of ceremony in Irish as surprise for us - amazing!!!! For anyone, worried about paperwork and legals - we totally suggest that you let Mario organise as he handled everything, walked us through the entire process and everything perfect. We have heard of others who didn't take this advice and thought they could do themselves but for the work needed, relative to how easy Mario made it for us - definitely let him do it as will be perfect.Mario and Anna Mario advised on every point of the day in advance including but not limited to accommodation, church, florists, music (both in the church, walking to the square and Dj for night - all of who were amazing and totally 100% special to our day). Again being honest, we considered saving the budget on some parts of this but in taking marios advice that he'd suggested - we said yes and asked him to sort. He said that this would add to the day - he was totally right and was amazing.Leading onto Villa Eva itself - all I can say is that you will struggle to find venue as good as it anywhere in the world. It again is a family run venue and the owner himself is so decent - he actually runs the bar on most nights of the event through to finish and keeps eye over everything. however, again coming back to Mario - he was there right up to 5am close helping, organising and making our day absolutely perfect. The head chef of Villa Eva should be phenomenally proud of themselves and their team as without shadow of doubt, one of the best wedding meals both we and our guests have ever had. I only wish some of the team worked closer to Belfast and could come and visit us for the day! On top of this, every member of the service team were better than the next and couldn't do enough to make our day amazing. Then leaving the best to last, Enrico Capuano and Janna our photographers. Mario had suggested due to our numbers (79 plus 5 babies) that we get 2 photographers and once again - he was totally right. Regardless of their photos which we've just received and can tell you that they are some of the most spectacular wedding photos we've ever seen, they were 2 of the most friendly, helpful, funny and relaxed people you'll ever meet. They shot the entire day with absolutely zero stress and captured the entire day (almost better) than it actually was - you must use these guys!In conclusion - both me and Rose and all our guests, genuinely cannot thank Mario and Anna Maria enough. Our special day - a dream come true” Dorothy and John Brady My husband and I got married in Ravello with the wedding planned by Mario and Anna Maria at Wagner Tours. Since the first email correspondence from Mario 1 year prior to the wedding, the entire process of planning a wedding from abroad has been a wonderful experience. Mario and Anna are seasoned wedding planners and bring their passion to everything they do whilst taking the stress out of the process. They are there for you the whole day from beginning to the end. They are also working in the background to help you and your guests with accommodation arrangements, airport transfers, and have plenty of suggestions for other wedding related activities. We held a catholic ceremony at the Santa Maria a Gradillo which was a gorgeous and quaint church and perfect for our group of 43. Getting married in a Catholic Church is not a straight forward process but Mario walked us through all the requirements with ease. The church with the perfect amount of flowers was stunning and the music was perfect for the occasion. Our reception was held in a gorgeous setting at the Villa Eva, making for a beautiful back drop which stunned everyone. The drinks, food and 5 course dinner was more than we could ask for. The food was amazing and the menu allowed for flexibility for the various choices of our group. We had a pre-selected choice of three mains: seabass, lamb chops, or chicken. The drinks were plentiful and dinner service was smooth. Our wedding cake was light and delicious and everyone managed to fit some of it in even after an epic dinner. The wedding set up that Anna Maria did was gorgeous and she brought many personal touches to the venue. Our Photographers Enrico Capuano and Gianni Coopiola were a lot of fun and made the whole experience memorable. They made us feel very comfortable and made a camera shy person enjoy this process by bringing their sense of humour and professionalism to the day. We and our guests fell in love with Ravello and cannot recommend Mario, Anna Mario, Enrico, Gianni and the villa Eva team enough. They took the stress out of the planning process and made our day amazing and a dream come true. “Best.Wedding.Ever” - Scott and Miriam from Usa I may be a bit biased but I really believe we may have just pulled off one of the greatest weddings in the history of mankind, and we have Mario Capuano and his team at Wagner Tours to thank for it. I'll try to be succinct with this review as I run the risk of just going on and on about how incredible everything was...so here it goes. Ravello, Italy is a charming little town nestled atop the famed Amalfi Coast and provides absolutely breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea 1,100 feet below. The village itself boasts world-class food and lodging and provides an intimate, picturesque backdrop for your big day. We decided to hold our ceremony and reception at the incomparable Villa Eva. The grounds and location are like something out of a postcard and the entire crew there, from the manager to the barman to the wait staff to the florists, were attentive, professional, and exceedingly friendly. Mario provided several menus to choose from and the food was truly incredible. To chronicle our special day, we opted for Mario's amazingly talented photographer, Enrico Capuano. Enrico captured the entire event perfectly, especially the intimate, romantic walk around Ravello immediately following the ceremony. There was one shot in particular in which Enrico brought us to the top of Villa Eva (the highest point in all of Ravello) and managed to take one of the most unbelievable photos I've ever seen. Words cannot even do it justice, you just have to see it to believe it. Finally, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mario and his team: assistant wedding planner Annamaria, his assistant Antonella, and of course, Enrico. Mario worked with us almost a full year leading up to the wedding and accommodated every single request we had. It was truly stunning, romantic and out of this world. Mario was fantastic from start to finish, as was Annamaria. We are from the UK and it was just myself and my husband on our wedding day, we wanted something romantic and intimate. The important factors, at first, were the photographs and the video, as we wanted to capture the day in order to show our friends/family when we had our big UK evening celebration. Enrico (the web photographer and coordinator ) was brilliant, he produced some fantastic photos of the entire day that we are so proud to show to everyone. We interviewed several wedding planners on the Amalfi coast and Mario was the only one who knew straight away what paperwork was needed. His communication via email made the whole process very straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Villa Maria's suite on our wedding night, and that was just out of this world and beautiful, the balcony were we had our own private dining experience was to die for, with the breathtaking views. Mario Capuano , Annamaria and Enrico helped to give us a day beyond our wildest dreams. From a girl with high expectations and who aims for perfection, I couldn't of asked for anything more. Mario started planning our wedding over a year ago and it's been completely stress free, even on the day itself. My friends couldn't believe how at ease I was about the whole planning of the event. Mario sorted everything from the white covered chairs, to flowers, the cake, photos, menu tasting, violinist, jazz band, accommodation at different price ranges for our guests, even the bus time tables and transfers. We honestly couldn't of picked a better team to help us plan our fair tale. On the day Mario was brilliant, he added humour to calm our nerves and he was around the whole day always appearing at the right time so that the day ran completely smoothly. Annamaria designed the venue to what i had dreamt and Enrico captured the day perfectly with his camera, along with Gianni and the videographer. We kept the venue a surprise from our guests and it was incredible to hear all the ooooooo's and arrrrrrr's throughout the whole day. We had the best weekend and the best day of our lives. “Muito mais do que o esperado...” Brazilian wedding in Ravello - Aline and Fabricio - Sao Paulo Bom, primeiramente é importante deixar claro que a Wagner Tours, apesar de ser uma empresa de passeios turísticos em geral, é especializada em casamentos para estrangeiros em Ravello. Portanto, chamar a Wagner Tours de "things to do" me parece minimizar o que esta empresa realmente faz.Eu conheci o trabalho do Mário (dono da Wagner Tours e quase que um Godfather de Ravello..haha) muito antes de conhecê-lo pessoalmente, pois estava sentando na praça de Ravello quando vi passar um casal de noivos seguidos por seus convidados num casamento que estava sendo preparado por ele. Como havia acabado de ficar noivo da minha esposa, resolvi consultar como seria para fazermos nosso casamento em Ravello. Assim que conhecemos o Mário ele já mostrou exatamente a pessoa que seria, e de fato foi, ao longo de todo a organização do evento: atencioso, detalhista, extremamente caprichoso e com uma memória impressionante. Assim que pisamos no Brasil começamos a trocar emails, e ao longo de 1 ano de organização TUDO foi decidido sem que tivéssemos que pisar em Ravello novamente. Claro que sempre acontecem complicações e percalços quando se trata de um evento como um casamento tão longe para quase 60 pessoas, mas tudo foi resolvido de uma forma muito satisfatória e entregue exatamente o que foi contratado.Aliás, importante ressaltar que a Wagner Tours não só organizou todo o casamento, mas como uma festa de recepção aos convidados alguns dias antes, me ajudou na decisão do aluguel de um barco para uma excursão a Capri no dia anterior ao casamento e organizou a reserva dos hotéis e dos transfers de quase todos os convidados, ou seja, um pacote bastante completo de serviços. Todos os profissionais terceirizados foram muito atenciosos e competentes. Aliás, importante citar todos (pelo menos com os quem eu tive contato): Armando, o florista, figura ímpar, muito agradável, que vale a pena conhecer nem que você vá só comprar um buquê de flores para sua mulher; Enrico Capuano, fotógrafo, filho do Mário, e tão amistoso e competente quanto o pai; Jenny, também fotógrafo e muito bom, que trabalhou junto com Enrico e fizeram juntos as fotos dos 3 eventos que fizemos no fim de semana; O DJ, não me lembro o nome infelimente, mas também foi super feliz nas escolhas das músicas e prestativo em atender a todos os pedidos dos convidados, além de estar claramente se divertindo tanto quanto eles; Banda Italiana, espetacular, sem comentários!!! Na verdade o único ponto negativo ficou por conta do cabeleleiro das meninas, Gerardo, se não me engano. Como eu não estava presente não posso detalhar, mas me falaram que foi muito rude no trato com as convidadas e, especialmente com a noiva. Enfim, no final das contas, tudo correu muito melhor do que o esperado e o objetivo de fazer um casamento diferente, memorável e muito especial para nós e para os convidados foi certamente atingido. Como primeiro casal de brasileiros a casar em Ravello com a Wagner Tours, posso dizer sem dúvidas que vale cada centavo e que eu faria tudo de novo, do mesmo jeito; Mário e Anamaria (sim, impossível não mencioná-la, a super assistente do Mário), mais uma vez agradeço por tudo o que vocês fizeram por todos nós. My wife Carly and I got married in Ravello on 24th Sept. We met Mario whilst on a visit to Ravello in January to scope out venues. As soon as he took us to his office that day we were so impressed with his answers and explanations to our questions. Mario had literally every single detail covered from the ceremony, photographers, reception, DJ’s, Cakes, hair, make up, transport for guests and accommodation for guests. If you haven’t used all your energy up after all of that he’ll even organise a day out for you to see the local sights. You couldn’t possibly ask for anymore when planning a wedding. We got married in the Town Hall garden and had the reception for 33 guests at the Villa Eva. Our magical day was photographed by Mario's son Enrico Capuano a charming and talented young man who put us completely ease, AnnaMaria is Mario’s assistant and she worked so hard in helping an already beautiful venue look absolutely stunning. The food was superb and on a par with any of the top restaurants we’ve ate at in the world. All of our guests have commented saying this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and the service from Wagner Tours and the staff at the Villa Eva was the highlight. Mario is clearly so passionate about his job and this is clear. We already knew this by the time September came but our guests who had not had as much dealing with him up to this point also agreed and couldn’t sing his praises enough, it’s clear he cares about the whole experience for everyone and not just the wedding day itself. Very important when planning an overseas wedding! The fact you can have the Villa Eva until 4am was also a massive bonus as it meant the experience wasn’t over too soon. Mario suggested we arrange a pizza party to get our guests together and give them a chance to mingle before the wedding. We took his advice here and it was another great idea and was a great night. I would highly recommend this as it really got the guests warmed up and created an even better atmosphere on the wedding day.Between January and the wedding in September Mario was so helpful answering our e-mails and what struck us the most about his professionalism was just how prompt and thorough his responses were. His attention to detail is superb. We cannot thank Mario enough for such a wonderful day and we’ll be forever in debt to him for that. Mario and his team organised every detail of our special day on 10 June $$$$ and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. It was perfect! We contacted Mario and a few other wedding planners in Ravello, but Mario gave the quickest and by far the most comprehensive initial response. From the very beginning we had a 100% confidence in Mario and his team and they have exceeded our expectations. Mario and his team work virtually all hours of the day and sometimes his email replies are instantaneous. He guided us through the wedding planning process – from the legal requirements, to when to sort the photographer, flowers, menu etc. He told us when we needed to finalise each detail and then sent a confirmation email for our records. He also sent an updated spreadsheet each time we had booked another element of the day so that it was crystal clear what we had and hadn’t booked (including costs). We popped into Mario’s office unannounced in June $$$$ and were greeted with a very warm welcome. He dropped everything and gave us a tour around Ravello – hotels, reception venue and town hall gardens. It was clear that he knows most people in Ravello!! We saw another of Mario’s weddings in progress and sat out of the way watching from afar. Mario noticed us and brought over some beers for us. That sums up Mario’s warm service! On the day of our wedding (and in the week run up to our big day) – Mario was always on hand and nothing was too much trouble or left to chance. Even on the morning of the wedding they helped to sort out a few last minute details to make sure that we weren’t worried about anything. Mario has a great ability of always being there making sure that the day was running to plan but was never intrusive – he was on hand if you needed him but stayed in the background. He was there until the very end of our day – even on hand to eject a few wedding crashers who tried to sneak into our party! We got married in the Town Hall gardens. They were absolutely beautiful and the view was stunning. We would definitely recommend getting married in the Town Hall gardens as your guests will be amazed. The ceremony was lovely and Mario brought a bit of humour to the ceremony when he announced “you can now kiss the Bride” even though we had already kissed three times!! The walk from the Town Hall gardens to the square with the guitar and mandolin was incredible and Mario had arranged for drinks on the square which worked brilliantly. We had two photographers on the day – Enrico Capuano and Gianni Cioppola put us at ease and we have seen a sneaky peak of a couple of his photos and they look incredible! We would definitely recommend having Enrico as your photographer. We had our reception at the beautiful Villa Eva. It looked absolutely fantastic and our guests were blown away by the venue and the views. The staff were incredibly attentive and really looked after us and all our guests. The food was the best food we have ever had - and we don’t just mean wedding food! The canapés were delicious and the food was always hot and portions very generous! Our wedding cake was beautifully decorated and tasted wonderful. One of our concerns about getting married abroad was that the personal touches would be overlooked. However, we couldn’t have been more wrong. Annamaria took care of everything – tying the tags on our limoncello favours, mounting the table plan, putting out the name cards, setting out our fingerprint tree and displaying photo boards that we had brought out with us in a beautiful way. The flowers also looked absolutely beautiful. We were always made to feel special by Mario and his team and like friends rather than clients. They always had time for us and made us feel special even though we know they were super busy planning other weddings. We can’t recommend them enough.
